Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing our service! In order to enable you to accurately understand the delivery process and receive the goods smoothly, we hereby provide detailed delivery arrangement instructions.
Order processing time
Daily cut-off time:
Orders completed before 10:30 AM will be delivered before 10:00 PM on the same day as far as possible; if delivery cannot be made on the same day, delivery will be completed no later than 2:00 PM the next day (the actual time is subject to the delivery arrangement of JD Logistics).
Sundays and public holidays:
If the order is placed on Sunday or public holidays, the delivery service will be postponed to the next working day (in case of long holidays, the specific arrangements will be subject to the store announcement).
Delivery Notice
SMS and phone notifications:
JD Logistics will notify you via SMS before delivery, and contact you again by phone to confirm receipt before delivery.
Reschedule delivery:
If the scheduled delivery time is inconvenient for receiving the package, please contact the delivery driver directly to negotiate a change to a more suitable time to avoid delays.
WhatsApp notification and waybill number:

Delivery range
Not delivering to this area yet:
Currently, our delivery service does not cover Lantau Island and other outlying islands, but Tung Chung and Ma Wan are still within the delivery range.
